Compagnie de Financement Foncier issued a covered bond in Swiss Francs with a 10-year maturity. It’s the market’s longer covered bond issued in Swiss Francs in the last year.

In terms of distribution by investor type, asset managers/pension funds represented the largest share with 58%, private banks 27% and insurers 15%. The significant orders gathered from private banks are to be pointed out given that retail investors usually concentrate on shorter-dated paper.
