During the Covered Bonds Award Ceremony organised by Euroweek on September 23, 2010 in Zurich, Compagnie de Financement Foncier received the award for « Best issuer of the year ».

Compagnie de Financement Foncier received at the end of the ceremony the most important and rewarding prize for a Covered Bond issuer: the award for the “Best Issuer of the year”. This prize has been awarded by a jury composed of professionals of the world of finance: investors, lead managers and financial markets professionals.

In 2010, Compagnie de Financement Foncier went to a new investors market in the USA under domestic format. In 2010 it is thus the most active issuer in the dollar domestic market with issuances amounting to USD 4.8bn.
