{"id":504,"date":"2018-08-08T10:58:22","date_gmt":"2018-08-08T08:58:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foncier.fr\/?page_id=504"},"modified":"2025-09-02T17:00:15","modified_gmt":"2025-09-02T15:00:15","slug":"presentation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/foncier.fr\/en\/presentation\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"chapo\">Compagnie de Financement Foncier is a credit institution company approved as a specialised credit institution and a soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de cr\u00e9dit foncier (a french legal covered bonds issuer).<\/p>\n<p>A wholly-owned subsidiary of Cr\u00e9dit Foncier [ A(Stable) \/A1 (Stable)\/A+ (Stable) \/A+ (Stable)], affiliated to BPCE [A+(Stable)\/A1(Stable)\/A+(Stable)\/A+(Stable)], its mission consists in refinancing the lending activity to the public sector and similar entities of Groupe BPCE entities, by issuing Obligations Fonci\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Compagnie de Financement Foncier\u2019s obligations fonci\u00e8res, rated [AAA(Stable)\/Aaa(Stable)\/AAA(Stable)] , are French legal covered bonds that comply with European directives UCITS 52-4 and CRD\u00a0 as well as with Article 129 of the European Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) .<\/p>\n<p>All obligations fonci\u00e8res of Compagnie de Financement Foncier are eligible for the European Central Bank (ECB) refinancing operations except for some private placements and issues in foreign currencies.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2012, Compagnie de Financement Foncier is a member of the ECBC (European Covered Bond Council) Covered Bond Label.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the new groupe Cr\u00e9dit Foncier structure set up on April 1, 2019, Cr\u00e9dit Foncier is focusing its efforts on the management of outstanding loans that will continue to be refinanced by Compagnie de Financement Foncier.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Compagnie de Financement Foncier\u2019s mission is to refinance Groupe BPCE entities\u2019 lending, notably to the Public sector and similar, via the issue of obligations fonci\u00e8res.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Compagnie de Financement Foncier is a credit institution company approved as a specialised credit institution and a soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de cr\u00e9dit foncier (a french legal covered bonds issuer).
